I let my food do most of the talking. But since you're here, let me tell you a little about what I do and who I am.
I do things a little different. I haven't taken a traditional path in my career. I've worked with some greats, but I started my business with $200, a tent, and some tacos. I am classically untrained.
My passion is in connecting and serving through dining experiences. I have served intimate parties of 2 to crowds of hundreds. I work in a truck or a restaurant or your home or my home. I can make you some bomb ass nachos or a 6-course locally sourced and seasonal dinner from scratch. I'm just as comfortable over a campfire as I am in a 5-star kitchen.
I have a voracious appetite....not just for food but for learning. I have a culinary arts degree but the training I'm most proud of has been from reading, testing, experimenting, and following some of my personal heroes.
